AI governance fails not because organisations lack policies, but because the conditions that determine what is visible, measurable, and contestable were never explicitly designed.


Governance only acts on what is made visible. Which means the real leverage point is not how decisions are controlled, but how the decision space is defined.

From Principles to Operational Control

Most organisations define ethical principles but cannot translate them into executable governance mechanisms. The gap is not intention, it is architecture.


My approach transforms abstract regulatory requirements into measurable system properties,  embedding accountability, transparency, and risk controls directly into AI system design across EU AI Act, GDPR, NIS2, ISO 42001, and Swiss revFADP.
